How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time
All items are made to order. After you place an order, it goes into production before it ships.
Delivery timeframe
Standard Shipping typically arrives within 2–8 business days after your order is placed (this includes production + transit time).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an issue, contact us ASAP. If an order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A photo of the issue is required so we can process your refund quickly.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
