Where are you located?
We're a US-based company, and every order is printed right here in the USA — our print partners are in Florida and Texas.
What materials are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made from pre-shrunk, 100% soft ring-spun U.S. cotton fabric with cotton threads. Each shirt is garment-dyed for that soft, lived-in feel and made with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes. They're soft from day one and get even better with every wash.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we're shipping to customers with U.S. addresses only. Stay tuned for international shipping!
How much is shipping?
- U.S. Flat-rate Standard Shipping: $4.87 per order
- FREE Standard U.S. Shipping on orders $75+
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All items are made to order. After you place an order, it goes into production before it ships.
Delivery timeframe
Standard Shipping typically arrives within 2–8 business days after your order is placed (this includes production + transit time).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an issue, contact us ASAP. If an order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A photo of the issue is required so we can process your refund quickly. You can reach us at support@prettypetty.co.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
